Job description - Employee Relations
- Creating an effective & robust preventive mechanism to correct behaviours at ground level & reduce probability of ER outburst in a spread-out geography.
- Support HR Team/Business Manages with queries pertaining to labour and employment law.
- Effectively engage and manage relationships with legal counsellors, work on litigation strategies with respect to employment disputes.
- Represent company before all Govt. authorities.
- Coordinating with multiple stake holders including HR, legal & compliance team, and close ER issues within tight timelines
- Closely coordinate with Legal counsellors for employee related issues and ensure closure with TAT
- Well versed with execution of the actionable i.e. Terminations, Warnings etc for all employee related.
- Timely and regular reporting of MIS on various aspects of ER cases
