- The opportunity is with an Multinational Bank where they are looking at the candidate to manage with accountability, the employment related litigations and internal disciplinary matters in North India, execute the banks larger employee relations strategy to create and maintain a harmonious working environment within the organization, ensure strict adherence and compliance with applicable labour laws, the Group Code of Conduct and other internal policies across the North India Region to avoid internal grievances and escalation into fresh litigation.
