This role would be responsible to Lead the division of employee referral program.
- Candidate Must have experience in Policy formulation, internally promoting the policy, creating pool of candidates, tracking the payouts, employee surveys etc.
- Find talented people by asking their existing employees to recommend candidates from their existing networks. In return, companies offer their employees different types of employee referral rewards
- Would be responsible to create strategies to encourage employee referrals which significantly help improve the referral conversion ratio
- Co-designed the employee referral tool, and re-engineered the referral process to make it more user friendly and improve employee experience.
- Would be dealing with Stakeholder Management to discuss strategies and policies.
