- Creation, Modification & review of all HR policies & processes
- Ensuring updation of policies on various employee portals
- Benchmarking policies as per market trends and organisation needs.
New Initiatives
- Process study and benchmarking of processes
- Identification of improvement areas
- Prepare recommendation/suggestions on process improvement
- Ensure timely closure of projects based on the recommendations by the Management
Transfers:
- Monitoring of Transfer process in the system
- Maintaining MIS for Transfers.
- Ensuring adherence to SOP of the process
- Inducting PAN India HR managers on the process
- Preparing Monthly HR Metrics for Transfer Process.
- Undertaking process improvement initiatives
Attendances:
- Periodic audit of attendance process
- System support for attendance
- Holiday calendar & its implementation
