Employee Experience - Wipro - Global Benchmarks
Outcome of the role : Build market leading practices for Wipro that provide for the best employee experience
Role and responsibilities :
1. Build a repository of global benchmarks across talent practices with special focus on areas that are prioritized for Wipro including competition benchmarks
2. Build and engage with internal and external networks to build a dependable network for constant benchmarks or to corroborate findings.
3. Contextualize benchmark study to Wipro and make relevant recommendations.
4. Program manage governance frameworks set up for Onboarding and Employee Listening Programs, including feedback mechanisms and closing the loop with the aim to continuously improve the practice.
5. Execute the project plan and change management plan, including constant updates to all stakeholders involved.
6. Work with Partner teams, Corporate Communications team, HR Operations team, HR Tech transformation team and any other team that plays a pivotal role in ensuring a successful roll out of the revised talent practice.

3. Must have a structured approach to problem solving
4. Should be able to influence and work seamlessly with stakeholders
5. Must be comfortable working with ambiguity
6. Analytical and creative mindset
7. Proven track record in conducting benchmark studies would be preferred.
