Exposure to following areas mandatory : Business HR, Employee engagement, Interactions with Senior Management, understanding employee’s concerns, convincing them for retention, project travels etc.

Candidates with experience in Services companies will be preferred.

To understand the employee issues with empathy, sensitivity and creates alternative solutions for addressing them without compromising on Business as well as corporate values.
