Employee Engagement Partner-Hyderabad
- A role that will help set up the global Employee Experience and Engagement CoE
- To build an Assessment-to-Action flywheel: where the voice of our employees drives calibrated action, leading to a tangible delta in each subsequent cycle.
- This role will serve as the lynchpin of this flywheel, not only holding every moving part together and reducing friction but also acting as a force multiplier.
- The countries in which we operate and the range of profiles -create their own sets of challenges. So, grappling with everything from cultural norms around sharing feedback to country-specific data privacy laws will be under the role's ambit.
- An understanding of Employee Engagement, People Analytics and Research Methodology is essential. An MBA in HR from a Tier 1 B-school is essential. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the fields above is preferred.
- At this foundational stage for the CoE, we're above all looking for someone with the drive to make a mark. To do whatever it takes - influence HR and business leaders, generate insights from data, hold our analytics partners to account for quality - anything and everything to get this flywheel running and keep building its momentum.
Key Responsibilities :
- Co-creation of employee engagement model and global rollout of the survey.
- Building a robust survey methodology that can capture meaningful responses.
- Partnering with all key stakeholders including BU HR and technical teams to ensure an optimum employee experience.
- Liaise with analytics partners to draw out actionable insights and present these to BU and HR leadership.
- Enable and engage with business leaders, BU HR and CoE Leads on action planning on insights.
Capabilities and Experience :
- Program/Project Management with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in a crisp manner - especially in writing.
- Agility and Dynamism - re-aligning quickly to evolving needs and asks.
- An understanding of Employee Engagement, People Analytics, Survey Methodology.
- Experience in Employee Engagement & building engagement models.
- Experience in People Analytics including statistical methods like Chi Square, Regression, Correlation on tools like Power BI, Excel, Tableau.
- Experience in Survey Methodology, especially on design of questionnaires.
- Experience in a line HR role.
