Job Description

Position:- SAP EC Consultant

Exp:- 3-9 years Relevant exp in Successfactors Employee Central

Hire Type : Full time

Good knowledge of system configuration in Solution Design & Documenting requirements in the configuration Workbook

Must ensure high quality and on time delivery of project requirements based on established scope schedule and cost parameters

Must be open to change and have a natural ability to manage relationships, issues, risks, and escalations.

Able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a high visibility environment while identifying and scoping new opportunities

Skills and attributes for success

Must have at least two or more end to end implementation or Support Project experience.

Extensively worked on configuring time type, time profiles, and time account types as per the client's requirements. Configuration of leave of absence (long term leaves) as per the statutory guidelines.

Experience in preparation and execution of Test Scenarios, Test scripts and Cutover activities

Must provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role.

To qualify for the role, you must have

- Master's degree OR bachelor's degree.

- 3+ years of work experience in EC & Time off with valid certification in Employee Central.

- Good communication skills to conduct workshops & translating client requirement into configuration workbooks.

- Extensive experience in configuring work schedules, Employee Time profiles, Holiday calendars, take rules, Time account types, accrual rules, period end processing rules etc.

- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors time management is an added advantage.

- Experience in Timesheet configurations such as Time recording profile, time valuation, time type group, overtime calculation is an added advantage.
