Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities :

- We are looking for a strong candidate to be part of a Enterprise Applications team responsible for the technical solution delivery of the Employee Central Payroll including integration to other applications such as Employee central, Time Management systems etc.

- This individual be able to effectively interact with the business partners and technical and operational resources.

- This candidate will be an integral part of information systems development and integration for the organization IT Enterprise Applications organization.

You Are Great At:

- Lead the technical design & implementation of the Employee Central Payroll with an aim to accurately process and pay on time to employees in Global environment where the Payroll processing and reporting practices vary country by country .

- Participate and lead Blueprint and design workshops with Business teams and other IT Leads.

- Liaison with SAP and implementation partners/service providers Create and maintain supporting technical documents and design workbooks pertaining to the platform and process.

- Coach and guide the team in development of Reports & Dashboards leveraging available reporting tools What It Takes: Bachelors degree or equivalent in relevant discipline.

- 10-12 years experience with implementation of Payroll in a Global environment and of which at least 3 years in Employee Central Payroll and enhancing & supporting the same based on the statutory requirements which come from time to time.

- Experience with at least 3 full cycle implementations of Employee Central Payroll or SAP Payroll in Global environment covering Geographies like India, US, Philippines and South Africa.

- Deep knowledge of statutory requirements from deductions and reporting perspective of the above mentioned countries mandatory.

- Hands on experience in configuration of Wage types, Payroll processes (Normal and Off-cycle), interfacing master data from Employee Central, Payroll accounting , Interfacing payment advices to Banks, integrations with Time management systems, Time valuation systems, Absence systems , Deductions related to Income Tax, Provident fund , Professional tax and other country specific statutory deductions and reporting etc.

- Hands on experience in PCRs and functions to address custom requirements Hands on experience in analysis and resolution of integration related issues with Employee Central and Financial accounting systems Knowledge of ABAP is preferred.
