Client Delivery Lead/Manager Job Summary : The Client Delivery Lead/Manager should deeply understand target customer needs and can help solve them to define a solution that will best address the client's business issues. He/She will manage engagements that will lead to or include product development by developing product roadmaps, understanding transformation drivers and objectives, conducting market research, assessing readiness, generating product requirements, determining specifications & pricing, and developing go-to-market strategies. He/She will work closely with cross-functional teams, delivery partners and key decision-makers to develop business strategies and commercialize the solution vision. Experience- 8-10Years (Client Delivery Lead) 5-8 Years (Client Delivery Manager) Key Responsibilities : - Gather the requirements and specifications to understand the client requirements in a detailed manner and translate the same into system requirements. - Keep the project moving toward successful completion in times of aggressive schedules and business requirements. - Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making for diverse clients - Create detailed business processes, flow diagrams, procedures and work practices that cover the end-to-end journey of services and products. - Take responsibility for deploying solutions across workstreams. - Communicate and collaborate proactively with external and internal stakeholders for the onboarding, execution & delivery needs. - Managing a portfolio of projects. - Managing a team of client delivery consultants. - Identify new business opportunities with existing customers. Qualifications, Experience & Skills : - MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution or BE/B-Tech with 5-10 years of experience in working on analytics or transformation related projects (at least 3+ years of management consulting experience). - Should be profound in business analytics and managing data. - Basic understanding of application development technologies like AI, Python, ML, API, etc. - Experience/knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google data studio etc. - Skills to compartmentalize work on different projects and handling multiple stakeholders. - Willingness to challenge the status quo with a customer's point of view. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Drive to work under pressure and deliver in a time bound environment. - Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced start-up environment.
