Key Responsibilities : - Work with key stakeholders of the business (Developers, QA, Data Analysts, etc) - Create detailed business processes, flow diagrams, procedures and work practices that cover the end to end journey of services and products. - Take responsibility for deploying solutions across our workstreams - Develop functional specifications and user stories that can be utilized by both internal and external stakeholders - Manage internal and external relationships be it with customers or tech teams. - Identify new business opportunities with existing customers. Qualifications : - MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution or BE/B-Tech with 3-4 years of Analytics/Product Dev/QA Experience (at least 1 year of lead experience) - 3+ year experience of working in a collaborative environment. - Exposure to global clients and their data. - Work experience in SQL is mandatory. - Experience in working with MS Office tools mainly MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint is mandatory. Good to have : - Prior experience in the IT- Sales domain is preferable but not mandatory. - Ability to work under pressure and deliver in a time bound environment. - Compartmentalizing while working on different projects and handling multiple stakeholders. - A willingness to challenge the status quo with a customer's point of view. - Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google data studio etc. knowledge/experience. - Python data science library knowledge is preferable. - To thrive and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
