Emplay is looking for a highly accountable P&L leader who will lead a team responsible for
1. New customer consulting and on-boarding
2. Customer service management
3. Client revenue management
Key experience, skills, and attributes required for this role are
Technical/Business
1. Experience in working on data and visualization projects
2. Experience in sales analytics, sales processes and sales CRM systems is a plus
3. Direct or indirect experience in up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
Management
4. Strong remote client delivery management experience
5. Experience in project planning and project management
6. Experience in people management and development
7. Expertise in setting up processes
Attitude and other skills
8. Visible drive to take on new challenges with proven tenacity to accomplish them
9. Excellent written and oral communication skills
10. Attention to details in reviewing customer deliverable
Qualification
1. At least 7-10 years of experience with 1-2 years of experience in managing a team of 5 or more
2. Bachelors in Engineering/ Statistics/ Science or equivalent. MBA is a plus
3. MOOC course completion of various statistical and data science topics will indicate interest in AI
3. Six Sigma, PMI/Agile certification will be a bonus.
