Emplay - Director - Client Projects

Looking for an ambitious and seasoned program manager for a promising analytics product start-up.

We are an award winning 3 year old start-up with a vision to build and implement a comprehensive GPS like analytical sales recommendation engine. Our initial success with our visionary Fortune 500 clients has helped us prove our market potential and has put us on an expansion path.

We are headquartered in California and have recently set up an office in India. India team size of 10 and we are looking to rapidly grow this team. Next year, our plan is to grow 5 times our current size based on business forecast.

This role will be a multi-faceted role comprising solution development, project management, people management and client management

Its is a dynamic entrepreneurial role demanding time, energy and solid commitment.

Job Responsibilities.

Tight project management of multiple projects for multiple clients:

- You should have proven experience in owning end to end responsibility of project delivery - business analysis, project planning, day to day to project tracking, making customer presentation and ongoing communication etc.

High quality delivery of project deliverables:

- You should have very high attention to details when QAing the outputs and should take personal responsibility of errors and omissions. This would mean sometimes rolling up your sleeves and working on the project.

- Inspiring leadership and change management:

- You should exemplify work ethics and inspire all. You should be able to promote a culture of professionalism in the team you inherit and hire.

Skills required

- Domain experience in sales/marketing is a plus

- At least 3 years of solid project management and team management experience

- At least 2 years of experience in client management

- Experience in working with analytics professionals and delivering on analytics projects.

- Excel proficiency
