Emplay is expanding its development and analytics team in Bangalore and is looking for energetic, innovative and committed young Developers to build its next generation products.

Emplay is a young company of 4 years and currently hiring for Delivery Manager.

Functional requirements:

1. Understand customer functional requirements and translate those to execution teams

2. Understand customer delivery timelines and translate those to execution teams

3. Understand team's needs to meet requirements and delivery timelines

4. Facilitate team's needs to achieve timely delivery

5. Strong focus on quality

6. Develop, measure and track metrics of various performance parameters

7. Strive to inculcate a culture of continuous improvement

8. Manage scale with efficiency and effectiveness

9. Analytical mind, coordination skill, risk identification and mitigation a must

Background:

1. Strong experience in customer interaction

2. Demonstrated ability to work with SVP level executives in fortune 500 customers

3. Deep knowledge in one of the delivery domains: Sales, HR, Insurance

4. Demonstrated ability to analyze data from business intelligence perspective

5. Demonstrated ability to manage and guide delivery teams

Education:

Engineering/Science graduate with management post graduate degree

Experience:

At least 7 years' experience in handling customer deliveries in a dynamic and challenging environment
