Emplay - Consultant/Senior Consultant - Text Analytics

Experience:

- 3-5 yrs overall with 2-3yrs- experience in Text Analytics (Experience in HR analytics domain would be an added advantage)

Qualification:

- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science (or equivalent degree) or Masters in Statistics/Economics from top tier colleges (preferred)

- Understanding of Human Resources and Talent Management (in particular) would be preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Automate and design decision-making processes and workflows specifically in Human Capital Management field leveraging text analytics

- Develop and implement analytics based decision making frameworks for clients

- Analyse human behaviour, perform sentiment analysis, solve complex problems related to Text Mining

- Design, develop and test applications for text processing such as name or entity matching, text categorization, named-entity extraction

Skills:

- Hands-on experience and expertise of coding in Python and/or R is a must.

- Hands-on experience of designing solutions for complex business problems on Unstructured or textual data by using NLP/Information Retrieval/ Machine Learning/Text Mining and support knowledge component of input text

- Good to have knowledge on SQL
