Emplay - Business Development Manager

Job Description: You will be responsible for

- Designing and launching new products and services,

- Selling Emplay's portfolio to key named accounts,

- Consulting with clients on sales and marketing performance and effectiveness

- Managing projects and people for named accounts and

- Defining Emplay's revenue and operational strategy.

Location: the role will be initially located in Bangalore with the potential to be based out of the U.S. or other international locations after a year.

Job requirement:

- Candidate must have 4 + years of management consulting, client management or business development experience.

- MBA degree or equivalent is a must.

- Attitude, aspirations and qualities of an entrepreneur is key.

- Experience in project management and people management is desirable.

- Expertise in advance analytics and advanced excel is a plus but not mandatory.

- Willingness to work long hours in a dynamic, unstructured start up environment is critical.
