Emplay - Account Delivery Executive

About the Company:

Emplay is an award-winning California headquartered analytics product company, building first of its kind sales recommendation engine and intelligent sales bots that being used by large Fortune 500 companies.

Emplay is expanding its team in Bangalore and is looking for energetic, innovative and committed young account delivery associates to manage delivery in its accounts.

What will you do?

1. Understand customer functional requirements and translate those to execution teams.

2. Understand customer delivery timelines and translate those to execution teams.

3. Understand team's needs to meet requirements and delivery timelines.

4. Track the delivery timelines and coordinate with the team for timely delivery.

5. Facilitate team's needs to achieve timely delivery.

6. Strong focus on quality.

7. Develop, measure and track metrics of various performance parameters.

8. Strive to inculcate a culture of continuous improvement.

9. Manage scale with efficiency and effectiveness.

10. Manage client interaction and communications with timely updates on ongoing projects.

11. Assist in solution improvement and solution development/brainstorming activities.

What we expect from you:

1. Good communication skills.

2. Basic understanding of sales domain.

3. Ability to quickly learn the basics of sales domain and sales domain related data.

4. Analytical mind, number savvy, coordination skill, risk identification and mitigation a must.

5. Experience in customer interaction and ability to work with SVP level executives(preferred).

6. Demonstrated ability to analyze data from business intelligence perspective(preferred).

7. Demonstrated ability to work in deadline driven environment(preferred).

What we need:

Candidate with MBA/PGDM (Tier-1 or Tier-2) with engineering background preferred.

Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a client facing role. (not mandatory)
