Emoha - Product Analyst

Role: The role is to bridge a gap between internal/external clients and the software developer, they specifically need to understand the detailed requirements and then getting it delivered in a specific time.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborating with management and business operations unit to comprehend and document decision support needs

2. Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

3. Work on SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and FSD (Functional Specification Document)

4. Analyzing and providing the best UI solutions to the client by working with the design team

5. Suggest technology solutions to pacify decision making with a focus on the core systems, technology strategies and standards

6. Oversees and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work

7. Is able to exercise independent judgment and take the lead role on an enterprise-level project with minimal direction

8. Is able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/ consensus-building skills and interact with executive level stakeholders

9. Works effectively and efficiently with both technical and non-technical team members

10. Have expertise in preparing Business / Process flow documents and analysis

11. Product architecture and design best practices

12. Requirement definition and gathering

13. Prepare detailed functional designs

14. Prepare a detailed project plan with timelines

Requirements :

1. Proven experience as Business / Product Analyst

2. Experience of working with Software Developers

3. Attention to detail

4. Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Qualification :

Mandatory Degree - B.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering)

Preferred - M. Tech / MCA
