EMMVEE Photovoltaic Power - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Industrial Relations/Human Resources

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager of IR-HR to join our team in Bengaluru.

- As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

- You will also play a key role in managing and resolving employee complaints, grievances, and disputes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle employee relations and resolve issues related to employee complaints and grievances

- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to employee relations

- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures

- Assist with the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of experience in employee relations, with a proven track record of success in the solar industry

- Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate in a relevant field

- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to travel
