Job Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility of the team member(s) would be to :

a. manage the entire regulatory process esp. for IPO/QIP

b. Handle due-diligence and pre/post IPO/ QIP process

d. Have thorough knowledge of SEBI and capital market related regulations

e. Have sound knowledge of products like IPO, QIP, Rights, Buy-back etc.

f. Have a good understanding of the regulatory nuances and work on one completed IPO/QIP transaction

g. Help in preparing relevant sections of pitch/credential book

h. Can focus on drafting, documentation and liaisoning with regulators, stock exchanges, legal firms etc.

Skills:

- Excellent knowledge of Financial Markets/Capital Markets

- Good communication skills

Qualification:

CA/CS/MBA

Experience:

- An ideal candidate would have 6 - 7 years of relevant work experience.

- Candidates with legal background would be preferred
