Job Responsibilities: - Leads the strategy for technology platforms across different businesses within Emkay - Manages stakeholder expectations and aligns the organisation's technology with the changing market demands - Provides leadership to different technology teams and guides them to achieve the organisations objectives - Creates and manages the Technology standards and its adherence as per guidelines provided by exchanges and regulatory authorities - Drives innovation and continuously assesses the risk associated with the Technology related investments - Defines and manages the policies related to technology infrastructure, software on a holistic basis - Design and build business continuity and resiliency into technology aspects of the organisation. - Manage technology finance & vendor management functions to ensure that we achieve steady technology upgrades with optimum cost structures.
