Reports to: Chief Operating Officer Team size: 5 - 6 Job Responsibilities : - Manages Private Wealth, PMS and AIF fund related operations - Ensure delivery of various MIS and regulatory reports as per internal and external requirements - Managing stakeholder requirements and ensuring deliverables as per agreed TAT - Audit management - End to end Compliance management - Aim for continuous improvement in processes with flawless execution - Suggest changes in software (ICRA & Miles) as per changing dynamics Organizational Relationships: - Stakeholders and clients - Private Wealth, AIF and PMS - Compliance - Finance and Accounts for Audits - Other functions as required Skills: - Mutual Fund, PMS, AIF knowledge is preferred - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Process oriented with flawless execution Qualification: - Essential: Graduate in any stream - Preferred: Post graduation / MBA Experience: - Minimum 5 - 7 years in Capital Markets with exposure to PMS, Mutual Fund operations for at least 5 year
