Roles and Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: - Ensure achievement of revenue targets set for the team across the area - Set up franchisee &amp; remiser network and new branches - Position the company as a research driven investment advisory firm and building the brand - Lead, motivate and build the team - Strategize and implement business plans to attain revenue and market share from sales to both retail and HNI clients - Increase the client base through new acquisitions - Participate in recruitment, appraisal, training and retention - Share views with regards to any improvement in RMS and compliance - Monitor collection of money from branches Branches : - Ensure acquisition of clients - Ensure acquisition of franchisees and remisers - Cross selling of wealth management products - Monitor continuous development of processes and service standards - Maintain customer relationships Marketing Activities : - Initiate and nurture relationships with customers and continuously expand the customer base through investor meet and road shows - Build brand identity and develop the distribution network Organizational Relationships : - Reports to: Regional Head - Supervises: Team Members&nbsp; - Coordinates with: Branch Managers, Regional Head&nbsp; - Functional relationship with: Branches &amp; Franchisees, Head Office, Operations team Skills Desired Candidate Profile : Skills : - Should have leadership skills and be a good team manager - Should possess a good aptitude - Should be able to drive the business - Should know the broking business - Should have excellent communication skills - written and verbal - Should have job knowledge - risk management - Business acumen, Entrepreneurial knowledge, Risk taking ability Qualification : - MBA Preferable Experience : - 8+ years in Broking Industry
