Job Responsibilities
1. Recruit and manage a team of 4-5 RM/Dealers
2. To develop Commodities business in South
3. Meet Top Line / Bottom line revenue targets
4. To acquire and establish business relationship with key market participants in the region
5. Relevant experience and sound Product knowledge
Organizational Relationships
- Reports to: Regional Head
- Supervises: Team Members
- Coordinates with: Branch Managers, Regional Head
- Functional relationship with: Branches & Franchisees, Head Office, Operations team Skills
