Position: FPI sales AVP/DVP
Location: Mumbai
Team size: Individual role
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and subsequent revenue generation
- Sourcing and meeting FPI clients for business development
- Oversee geographies Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai & London
- Should be willing to travel extensively to above mentioned geographies
- Understand client based objectives and accordingly
- For Long Only Clients/Funds - Introduce to Equity Research team
- For Derivative and Algo Based clients Introduce to Algo/System Network Team
- Should maintain close relationships with Fund Managers/ Fund Admins
- Ensuring post onboarding revenues from the client by coordinating with respective internal teams
- Organizational Relationships
- Stakeholders and clients
- Other functions as required
Skills :
- Interpersonal / Communication Skills
- Networking and Market Intelligence
- Strong Client Relationship Skills
- Thorough Understanding of Indian Equity/Currency Markets
- Understanding of algorithmic trading strategies will be desirable
- Have exposure and relationships with Institutional clients in geographies mentioned
Qualifications:
MBA / CA /CFA qualified
Experience
Relevant: minimum 3-5 years in FPI sales
Experience in Custodian roles would be added advantage
