Essential: Graduate in any stream

NCFM certification Equity and Derivatives NSE Cash and Derivatives

Desired: Post Graduate / MBA

Experience

Relevant: 2+ years as Branch Manager / 2+ years in banking / broking industry

Total: 2-6 years in financial services / broking industry

Should have leadership skills and be a good team manager

- Should possess a good aptitude

- Should be able to drive the business

- Should know the broking business

- Should have excellent communication skills written and verbal

- Should have job knowledge risk management

- Business acumen, Entrepreneurial knowledge, Risk taking ability

Job Responsibilities

Branches

- Responsible for P&L of the branch & for generation of revenue

- Ensure new client acquisition

- Advise and help branches in generating new leads for development of sub brokers / franchisees

- Coordinate and handle the day-to-day branch operations

- Interact with the customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship

- Establish and support new branches in co-ordination with the Regional Manager and Vice President

- Help the branch in terms of recruitment, train the branch staff to manage them, to meet targets and restructure the non performing branch
