- Strategy Development and implementation across the Group
- Collect and condense relevant strategy information (business initiatives, internal data, etc.) across the Group
- Identify and analyze growth opportunities for the Group
2. Strategy and Business Development for Business/Support areas and Group entities
- Analyse strengths and weaknesses of Business Unit/Support functions
- Analyze markets and products to identify business opportunities and generate new business ideas (new business areas, products, etc.)
- Help to define projects design including deliverables, responsibilities and milestones jointly with leadership team of GST
- Track initiative implementation based on defined milestones and KPIs
3. Conduct market intelligence
- Collect and carry out economic research and project driven competitor analyses to identify opportunities and threats (economic trends, market analyses etc.)
- Identify regional and international best-practices (leveraging co-operation with external consultants)
- Support the set-up of market research to derive customer insights
