- The primary responsibility will be to hire clinical staff which includes Doctors, Nurses and Paramedics/Allied Healthcare Professionals. - The person will also be responsible to hire administrative staff as well. - Publishing and posting job vacancies on intranet and internet. - Screening and shortlisting. - Scheduling, Organizing and conducting interviews. - Salary negotiation. - Ensure positions are closex within 30 days - Streamlining the onboarding Process. - Ensuring labour &amp; statutory compliance . - Regularly update management with the updates through dashboard and MIS reports. - Improve the existing recruitment process through innovation and thereby reducing cost. - Preparing manpower plan etc. The position needs to be closed as per the agreed timeline with the hiring manager.
