Job Description :

The Project Manager takes responsibility for the numerous projects, large and small, that our team initiates internally or in collaboration with other teams in the organization. The person in this role will work directly with the Regional Director of Academic Delivery. The role interfaces with our Design Team, our Marketing Team, our Regional Teams in Latin America and China, and our Services Delivery Team in India.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage projects that depend on multiple teams.

- Coordinate regular meetings with stakeholders.

- Develop and implement reporting guidelines and cadence to provide real-time, weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates to Academic Delivery team and company leadership.

- Align current systems and develop new project tracking and reporting processes.

- Proactively identify and lead continuous process improvement projects.

- Establish and maintain efficient, scalable processes for all our work.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of work experience in project management; preferably in an edtech company.

- Understands project plans, dependencies, resource capacity and allocations.

- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

- English fluency and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong financial acumen.

- Advanced/guru in Microsoft Excel.

- High level of expertise in general project tracking tools, and project management systems.

- Ability to analyze resourcing needs based on project information.

- High attention to detail; ability to track multiple projects and alert team to risks.

- Ability to analyze and improve processes.

- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-national environment.

- Flexibility on work hours to coordinate with a global team.

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

The role requires a process-oriented and detail-oriented person who has a passion for education.

The position will be virtual. We have team members in the US, UK, India, Mexico and China.
