Job Role Summary: We're looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to join our growth team and help connect more students to our online and blended programs. As a member of the Emeritus growth team, you will build experiences and infrastructure that help fuel international growth. You will have end to end ownership on how users learn about our programs, discover if it is the right fit for them, purchase, and repeat or refer others. You'll drive impact through quantitative results and AB testing, and qualitative research and customer insights.

The ideal person would be someone who is grounded in customer analytics, but complements quantitative data with a sound understanding of user psychology and our target user needs. We are looking for someone who is grounded in technology, has a passion for building amazing products, and has the experience and mindset for delivering a great learning experience.

Preferred Work Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in product management in consumer/mobile or game development, consulting or finance is a huge plus.

- Encouraged to develop a deep understanding of our users: their problems, their needs, their desires.

- Experience with AB testing and hypothesis driven experimentation.

- Lead prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints, and business drivers within features and across features.

- Able to set shared expectations and get stakeholders from other functions to work towards a common goal.

- Focus on outcomes with proven experience making product teams successful.

- Must be a self-starter, a great teammate and driven.

- Ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures, languages, work styles, and personalities.

- Outstanding data analysis skills and willing to get into the detail.

- Ability to build wire-frames, product specifications and cross-team documentation
