Emcure - Lead - CRM

This position will Lead the CRM function and will be responsible for:

- Hospitality Management

- Vendor management

- MICE

- Travel Management

- CRM Analytics

- Rate Contracts

- Consultant Agreements

Desired Candidate would be Graduate in Commerce or Hospitality with a Post-Graduation in Management with 10-12 years in Hospitality, Travel, Event Management industry.

Able to Manage Team, Good Communication (Verbal and Written) skills , Ability to manage complexity, Effective Negotiation Skills and Stakeholder Management.
