Asst. Manager - Internal Communications and Content Job Description : Assistant Manager, Internal Communications and Content - Establish and pursue an Internal Communications policy for Emcure and its subsidiaries - To establish and proactively maintain contact with various internal stakeholders/ information owners across functions and geographies, both in India and abroad, in order to draw out news and happenings for internal communications - Communication about important internal and external company events to internal audiences through emailers, screen savers, intranet, display screens etc. - Extract messages from external messages and use them for internal dissemination while ensuring both are in sync - Content creation with basic editing tools for photos, videos and design in line with the format suitable for final channel of communication - Writing/editing Internal Magazine content - Writing/editing/reviewing content for company documents like CSR Report, Annual Report, Corporate Brochures, Leaflets, Handouts etc. - To prepare and maintain uniform templates for presentation, communication across the group - Write messages/Speeches for leadership communication - Working with HR in creating employee communication campaigns - Working with HR to manage employer branding activities - Leveraging online platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram etc. employer branding - Creating write-ups, authored articles on HR, employer branding to be placed in online and offline media - Periodically measure the impact of employee communication and work to fill the gaps between defined and achieved objectives. What we are looking for in the candidate : - Someone with 4-5 years of experience in internal communications and content creation, having worked with a reputed corporate, preferably, but not necessary in Pharma industry. - We are also open to having a person with business journalism background - Passionate, Self-motivated and Proactive. - Someone with good creative bent who finds it fun to create content and is good at ideating - Excellent command over written and spoken English is a must; A Bachelor'/Master's degree in English would be an added advantage. - Knowledge of basic editing tools for photos, videos and design to create content
