Qualification: BE/B. Tech - Electrical/Mechanical

Job Location: Thane (Mumbai)

Desire candidate should have experience in Transformer Industry only.

Job Profile:

- To plan, monitor & control sales plan to achieve business objectives.

- To capture competitive intelligence to understand industry trends and to tap new business opportunities .

- To Plan and monitor tendering activities and checking the Cost sheets and the offers before they are sent to customers.

- To Plan and monitor execution activities as per target delivery date.

- Following up with the customers once the offer have been sent and carrying Techno - Commercial Negotiations with the customer for Orders.

- To plan & achieve the Order booking (as per budget) target.

- To plan & monitor regional administration .

- Effective Management of Collection & Debtors.

- Effective Management of C Forms / BGs / EMDs.

- To improve the competencies of whole team.

- Monitoring of Cash Flow Plan. (Collection of payments i.e advance, final payment. Accounting of payments received by forwarding to accounts).

- To improve relations with existing customers & develop relations with new customers as well as in new territory.

- To coordinate after sales service to customers.
