Team Lead, Prof Services(EMC SAN, People Management) (9-13 yrs)

Services professional who provides leadership to the organization in the areas of services strategy and offerings, as well as business performance an execution. Responsible for the development of MS standards, policies, and procedures.

- Drives utilization, increased revenue, and the delivery of billable engagements for EMC products and services.

- Has a demonstrated ability to lead based on experience, industry / organizational knowledge, passion, and competence. Works closely with sales and delivery teams to coordinate and oversee the delivery of Managed services solutions.

- Promotes the development of strong, cooperative relationships between services professionals and all EMC organizations.

- Builds and maintains successful relationships with customers while providing resources necessary to meet customer needs.

Skills Required :

- At-least 9+ yrs of total IT experience with min 2 yrs of people mgmt experience

- Storage administration background (for at least 5 years).

- Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup.

- Presentation skills.

- Ability to influence others to achieve results.

- Possesses operational command of the business.

Job Description :

- Promotes the development of strong, cooperative relationships between services professionals and all EMC organizations. Builds and maintains successful relationships with customers while providing resources necessary to meet customer needs

- Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day activities of delivery staff in an assigned region. Develops work schedules and monitors work flow to achieve established goals & objectives.

- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.

- Monitors employees' performance and provides ongoing feedback to the individual. Aids in each individuals development by enabling employees to participate one-on-on, on-the-job, classroom, and computer-based trainings.

- Interacts with team on a regular basis. Acts as the primary conduit for organizational and corporate communication. Ensures team is aware of ongoing initiatives or upcoming changes.
