Embryyo Technologies - Chief Technology Officer/Chief Product Officer - IIT/NIT/BITS

We are a B2B startup, based out of Pune, working on - Medication adherence and patient health outcome management- space. Our solution comprises smart adherence pill-boxes and; SAAS platform with mobile apps and web portals for patients and all relevant stakeholders. Currently we are looking to expand team and bring technology leadership in our teams.

About us- We are a team of individuals from IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur, with experience in healthcare consulting, startups, hardware and execution

We are currently looking for - CTO/CPO in our company (someone with 5 to 8 years of experience).

Job Description :

1) Take ownership of developing the complete SAAS platform with a mobile app for patients, web portals for stakeholders, and seamless integration and communication with the pill-box hardware

2) Take ownership of developing the tech team from scratch aligned with the product roadmap requirements

3) Work with the founders in building the vision, architecture, team, technology stack and platform(s)

4) Brainstorm across teams for new features, functionalities and process modifications, and being adaptive and agile to cater to customer requirements or dynamically changing business requirements.

5) Developing the tech platform with forwarding compatibility for the adoption of AI-driven functionalities to the overall solution

6) Help build, manage, and validate and continually improvise a robust Tech Roadmap for the platform

7) Discover and implement new technologies that can yield a competitive advantage

Skills :

1) Should have a good technical background and ability to conceptualize, design and bring to fruition finished products with limited resources.

2) Should have a solid understanding of hardware and software integrations, engineering, etc.

3) Be entrepreneurial in nature, work as an effective leader with the Founder and CEO

4) Should have an experience of successfully developing and launching software products in the market

Bonus points

1) Someone who understands the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry or has some experience in the healthcare /pharmaceutical industry is desirable

2) Some experience in working on AI

Education qualification :

- B Tech/M Tech/Dual Degrees from IITs/IIITs/ BITS/NITs/top rated engineering college

CTC :

- Salary after getting funding from the investors. We plan to start meeting investors in the very near future and expect to raise seed funding in next 6 months.

Equity :

- This position will also include an equity component which will be discussed mutually during the onboarding period and will be based on a commitment the team member provides
