Job Description :

- The person will have the responsibility to manage, improve, optimize and expand the ongoing operations. In addition, he needs to scale up the operations in line with the ambitious strategic vision set for the venture. He needs to work with the higher management in developing the strategic road map and execute flawlessly, delivering the desired results for the venture.

Job Specifications :

- A Diploma/Graduate in Hospitality Management

- PGD in Hospitality Management or PGDM from Tier 1 institutes.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience of Hospitality Management (in Hotel or/& Service Apartment or/& Guesthouse of repute)

- Experience in starting, running and expanding a hospitality venture is highly desirable.

- Excellence in execution, tactical agility, strategic thinking

- Intrapreneurial or/& entrepreneurial attitude

- Minimum Attributes: Professionalism, Integrity & Grit

Salary range: 7 - 15 LPA
