ABOUT THE JOB

The HRBP will be responsible for employee engagement, grievance handling, performance management, policy compliance, advising & supporting business leaders on employee management.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work closely with Functional Heads & Business stakeholders to help manage employees and provide solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department

- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

- Provide HR policy guidance

- Responsible for administering performance management program

- Advise leadership on hiring and terminations

- Developing and retaining a diverse talent

- Administer payroll, employee benefits and FMLA

- Provide guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution

- Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints

- Partner with leadership to develop succession plans

- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning

- Identify training needs for teams and individuals

- Evaluate training programs

- Suggest new HR strategies

- Ensure retention of employees.

- Liaising with internal departments to resolve any issues and managing stakeholders.

- Ensuring data hygiene - capturing of employee personal and service details accurately in ERP.

- Creation and circulation of reports/dashboards for the consumption of top management.

- Anticipating the organization's future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company's success

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE

- Previous working experience as an Talent Partner for 3-5 Years

- MBA/ Post Graduate degree in Human resources or similar relevant field from Tier 1-2 institutes

- Track record in building and scaling large teams and organizations, especially start-ups while managing a Platform/ Technical function (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Principal Engineers, Architects, SDEs, Devops)

- High process orientation with a focus on strengthening data analytics-driven decision-making

- Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams

- Willingness to learn, self-motivated and capable of handling unstructured work scenarios .

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite or related software.

- Impactful presentation style

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Proven ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with confidential subjects and/or information

- Stellar interpersonal skills with a passion to deliver a quality team member experience

- An action-oriented outlook and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

- Highly organized and self-motivated with keen attention to detail

- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

- Have the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize your work without compromising quality or the experience you are working to deliver.

- Ability to work autonomously and manage stakeholders

- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
