ABOUT THE JOB

The Talent Acquisition Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze TA data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment practices.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Leads & Business stakeholders to help analyze and present hiring metrics and other related data.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

- Creating Dashboards & metrics

- TA analytics

- Familiarity with ATS, Darwinbox and Jira

- Tracking progress across multiple work streams of internal recruiters, external vendors and RPOs

- Recruiter wise tracking and metrics

- Vendor payments

- Referral payments

- Managing Job boards and Portals and measuring cost per hire across multiple channels

- Collects and compiles TA metrics and data from a variety of sources including Hiring Trackers, ATS, Darwinbox & JIRA

- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, SLAs, Offer to joining ratios etc.

- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.

- Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.

- Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance.

- Facilitates implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives.

- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

- May assist TA leadership with staffing, recruiting

- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Generate daily/ weekly/ monthly updates for leadership about hiring status

- Create weekly & monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics

- Communicate regularly with TA Team to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and -organizational goals

- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies

- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

- Research talent acquisition trends in the E- Learning industry

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE

- Previous working experience preferably as an TA Analyst for 3-5 Years

- MBA/ Post Graduate degree in Human resources or similar relevant field

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience with ATS (Application Tracking System), Darwinbox & JIRA would be an added advantage

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite or related software.

- Impactful presentation style

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver

- A positive, "can do" attitude
