You will be responsible for: - Assisting in business process improvements, process re-engineering and process design to achieve business goals - Design business processes from scratch and automate at later stages - Develop business modeling standards and guidelines - Identifying technical problems and developing solutions to support business objectives. - Assisting in the development and implementation of business plans and initiatives. - Developing plans to seamlessly integrate new processes with existing business processes - Tracking and reporting outputs across several sub-teams while also identifying and resolving risks at the earliest - Participating in review and update of business processes to meet changing business needs - Creating, updating, reviewing and approving documentation for new and existing business processes - Supporting cross-functional teams to successfully execute business projects - Working with cross-functional teams to coordinate and streamline business processes. - Supporting business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
