Embibe - Manager - Business Finance

1. Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

2. Develop and control monthly budgets based on annual operating plan.

3. Should have good experience in financial modelling and Business analytics

4. Merger & Acquisition - Should be able driver merger and acquisitions for the company by drafting Term Sheet, review Asset transfer / Share purchase agreements and conduct Finance and legal Due Diligence

5. Treasury Management - Managing Cash Flow and reporting for Cash Flow projections and MIS for past Cash flow. Sharing weekly treasury report our parent company

6. Cost Centres - Managing various cost centres in the company and populate monthly report for each cost centre.

7. Understanding of Accounting Requirement and timely compliance of internal processes. Maintaining monthly Finance calendar for coming months and sharing monthly report on all Cash Flow activity carried out in the month.

8. Shall develop a compliance tracker and a dashboard, for all taxes including payroll related matters, to include a reporting calendar and to track the progress on compliances through a ' traffic lights ' mechanism. Shall handle and ensure effective compliances relating to any accounting, financial, secretarial, legal compliance issues or any pending/ ongoing tax matters and other accounting reconciliations

9. Should be able to perform detailed investment research and analysis for efficiently managing company funds.

10. Ability to interact with CFO and CEO and discuss financial issues including matters related to Finance.

11. Reporting - Should be able to own the entire internal and external reporting of Financial statements and other reports as required from time to time

12. Accounts - Should be able to handle and own accounting and documentation process.

13. Outsourcing - Manage any third parties to which accounting or finance or legal functions have been outsourced

14. Vendor Management - Ability to interact with vendors and negotiate a better deal for the company along with executing formal agreements with vendors

15. Oversee the company's payroll processing systems and employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximising a cost-effective benefits package
