Embibe - Executive - Qualitative Research (3-8 yrs)
Qualitative Research Executive
Roles & Responsibilities :
1.Handling the entire research process (including preparation of RQ, DG and reporting) .
2.Carry out all the research coordination required with internal stakeholders, recruitment/research/field agencies and other research partners, whenever required.
3.Ability to moderate In-depth interviews and focus group discussions.
4.Skilled in Content analysis and note taking/observation of groups.
5.Ability of quick synthesis, drawing a big picture and delivering on tight deadlines.
Relevant Experience :
1.Minimum 3 years of qualitative research experience.
In addition, you have:
1.Experience in the education/ learning/ knowledge space.
2.Ability to work flexibly and efficiently, exercising a balance between research rigor, organizational skills, and inspiration.
3.Multilingual abilities would be an added advantage.
4.High comfort level in working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity; 5.Openness to critique from other disciplines and curiosity to learn from a spectrum of perspectives.
6.A desire to keep digging into insights, going beyond the obvious to identify what is truly unique or different about what you- re seeing in the world
