WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH :

You will work closely with CFO & Business stakeholders

FinTech works closely with Finance & business operations to build applications and solutions to enable critical accounting, finance business processes and automation. As the Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with cross-functional teams which include Product, Engineering, Accounting, Finance and Operations to design and automate finance processes.

What You'll Do :

- Work with Finance and other partner teams to get a deep understanding of the O2C, R2R, P2P process and data flows, and translate business requirements into functional design specifications

- Work closely with cross functional leads for long-term sustainable and scalable processes across multiple systems

- Work with Engineering and Technology project managers to track delivery for system solutions and influence the direction of platform

- Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing and conduct end-user training for various multi-functional system initiatives including platform upgrades etc

- Conduct process audit for each of the new processes and ensure adequate checks

- Build operational dashboards to visualize data analysis and insights.

- Ability to work as an individual contributor

Required Skills :

- BS/BTech in computer science, MBA

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in business analysis of financial systems

- Working knowledge of Tableau/Power BI, SQL, Google Analytics

- You have a track record of driving programs/projects to meet business requirements and challenging delivery dates

- You have subject matter familiarity with the O2C process.

- You can run your own queries, analyze data to fix or define problems.

- You are an effective communicator at all levels of the organization

- Excellent communication skills (Must)
