ABOUT THE JOB:

Job Responsibilities:

- We are looking for an Associate Talent Partner to work with multiple functions and manage the complete employee lifecycle ranging from Manpower planning, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation, Rewards till Separation. Considering the dynamic nature of the organization, this role would entail certain HR COE (Centre of Excellence) responsibilities as well.

The responsibilities for this role would be as follows:

- Conducting weekly/fortnightly meetings with respective business units to understand/solve open issues and push the HR agenda

- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices for the organization

- Acting as the single point of contact and resolution for all talent needs of the function/department

- Ensuring complete adherence of processes and timelines for all employee lifecycle activities

- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

- Acting as a trusted advisor, by coaching leaders at all levels with confidence and credibility

- Conducting various employee engagement sessions, exit interviews to understand the pulse of the organization

- Overseeing recruitment efforts with the Talent Acquisition team

- Providing first level coaching to employees and evaluating need to escalate as per complexity/case needs

- Conducting retention discussions, performance discussions, involuntary terminations on need basis

- Resolving complex employee relations issues, disciplinary issues and address employee grievances

- Reviewing and analyzing talent metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and employee experience

- Collaborating with HR colleagues to provide tailored solutions in areas such as recruiting, compensation, payroll, separation, HRMS-related issues

The skillset/qualifications required for this role are as follows:

- Relevant Experience: Prior experience of 1-2 years as HRBP is required

- Masters Degree in field of HR from Tier 1 B-schools (XLRI, MDI, TISS, SCMHRD, SIBM)

- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in order to thrive in a dynamic workplace

- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in areas like data analysis, compliance, and documentation

- Ability to leverage technology for data analysis, reporting, and process automation.

- Ability to align HR strategies and initiatives with broader business objectives

- Emotional intelligence to navigate difficult conversations, understand the needs and perspectives of others, and foster positive relationships.
