Position Description: Senior Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities of the Roles

DEBT FUND RAISING :

- Submit the Loan Proposals to Banks/FIs

- Preparing the cash flows/ Business Plan for the various projects

- Follow up with Banks and ensure required note for sanction sent to HO

- Obtaining intial term sheet from the Banks

- Finalizing and obtaining the required valuation and legal opinions of the securities/ properties

- Ensuring the required credit rating for the loans

- Maintaining and Circulation of MIS periodically on Proposals and existing debts.

RAISING LONG TERM CAPITAL :

- Assisting in restructuring / pooling of group assets to enable fund raising

- Assisting in Structured/PE fund raising and related activities

-To leverage on existing banking relationships

Other responsibilities

- Cordination with the Banks/ FIs/Investors and ensuring timely disbursements

- Cordination with various stake holders within the organization to ensure smooth process flows

- Insurance interface for the Group Assets and Liabilities

Key Skills, Experience and Background:

Education : CA (degree / diploma)

Experience : 8-10 years in similar role

Performance and personal competencies include:

Performance :

Good knowledge of fund raising and relationship management

Competencies : Excellent communication skills, focussed and good relationship with Banks/ FIs
