Job Description - Business / Financial Analyst

Reports to : Head of School

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare clear organization wide annual budgets and cash flows

- Devise methods to come up with budget estimates in cases where there are no precedents

- Track actual costs versus budgets and prepare EOY forecasts on a regular basis

- Improve financial status by identifying & driving operationally feasible cost reductions through internal analysis and competitor benchmarking.

- Regular MIS report generation and dissemination

- Coordinate with Business Manager to prepare policies, proposals and reports by analyzing financial impact and operational challenges

- Oversee internal & statutory audit process and report closure by maintaining it on a tracker

- Drive process improvements through SOP formulation and policy enforcement across departments.

- Coordinate to provide information requirements for parent company and track cash flows as required.

Experience/Qualifications :

- Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Cost Accounting, Financial Planning and Strategy, Requirements Analysis, Financial Skills

Skills :

- Strong Logical structuring and logical analysis

- Adept with MS Excel

- Excellent Interpersonal skills

- Communication skills
