Job Overview:

As a BDM at Olive Living, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence and managing operations in new cities. You will be responsible for identifying potential properties, negotiating contracts, and overseeing all aspects of property management, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Property Scouting: Identify and evaluate potential properties for inclusion in our portfolio. This includes conducting site visits, assessing suitability, and negotiating management agreements.

- Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and landlords. Pitch our services, present proposals, and secure new property management contracts.

- Legal Formalities: Collaborate with the legal, operations and sales teams to complete all necessary legal formalities for contract signing, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties within your city. Ensure that all facilities and services meet our quality standards and guest expectations.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a local team to support property management and customer service activities. Foster Olive Living's culture of excellence and teamwork.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for properties within your city, optimizing costs while maintaining service quality.

- Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.

- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the city's real estate and hospitality sectors.

Experience:

- Proven experience in property scouting, negotiation, and contract management.

- Strong network and relationships within the local real estate industry.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
