Embassy Group - Analyst - Hospitality Business

The Analyst- Hospitality Business will be responsible to support the President- Hospitality in driving the portfolio of Hospitality Industry: local, national and global, Developments of new projects, Brand Relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist to achieve Embassy's Hospitality Business long term vision to have a significant presence in the luxury & upscale segments with leading global brands and focus on enhancing the value of our Business Parks

- Create Business Plans for individual projects/Concept presentations/Marketing decks/etc

- Evaluate & Coordinate merger and acquisition/buy opportunities - coordinate site visits, analysis of incoming visits, manage information exchange, prepare decks, legal papers, etc

- Support leadership on Business & Strategy side to steer projects towards timely delivery.

- Coordinate with Four Seasons and Hilton teams to negotiate & execute the operational agreements

- Assist in managing the Hilton relationship Support the business to incorporate the charges

- Support Clubs vertical from a strategy & business perspective

- Support in Building Hospitality Database & Reporting

- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Business heads to determine the appropriate business Model & agreements
