Emanation Partners Investment Research Associate: Job Description

Emanation Partners is a leading provider of high-value research and analytics solutions to the global investment management industry. We are looking for a candidate to fill the role of an Investment Research Associate.

The Associate will be positioned as a dedicated member of the core investment team for a North American investment firm. This position is for an immediate start so we are looking to select candidates quickly.

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

- Background: At least two years of prior work experience as a sell-side research analyst with a global firm or other experience conducting deep industry research.

- Top-tier verbal/written communication skills: Ability to interface directly with the senior members of investment team on a regular basis. The Associate will be leading weekly calls and responding directly to email inquiries which at times will be during evening hours IST.

- Superior fundamental research capabilities: Ability to perform detailed qualitative and quantitative industry and company-specific fundamental investment research.

- Team player: Willingness to mentor/learn from other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

- Maturity/professionalism: The right balance of humility and confidence, high level of accountability and driven to consistently complete each deliverable at a world-class level.
