Emanation Partners - Head - HR/Administration

Emanation Partners is a leading provider of high-value research and analytics solutions to the global investment management industry. We are looking for a candidate to fill the role of Head of Human Resources / Administration based in Mumbai.

This is a dynamic and multi-functional role that is bucketed in to four broad categories:

- Recruiting

- On-going recruiting of new analysts

- Human Resources / Finance

- Installing HR procedures

- Handling of accounts / salaries / PF / insurance

- Maintaining financial budgets

- Administrative

- Overall management of the office

- All administrative staff (including IT), reporting directly to you

- Management

- Maintenance of office and management of team when the Managing Partner is away

In addition, this person will be responsible for developing, implementing and continually optimizing key business processes.

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

- Minimum 4+ years of operations/team management experience

- Past experience in delivering KPO or research services to global clients

- Top-tier verbal/written communication skills

- Maturity/professionalism - the right balance of humility and confidence, high level of accountability and driven to consistently complete each project at a world-class level

- Team player - willingness to contribute to a positive work environment

- Prior experience in Finance is a plus
