- Equipping the KAM with relevant insights and analytics - Assisting the KAM in achieving the monthly/ quarterly sales target - Building forecast at a product, region and account level (for relevant accounts) for external and internal stakeholders - Monitoring products listed, their price and in-stock levels - Implementing brand marketing activities - Assisting the KAM with daily operations Marketing Management: - After budget approval, stitch the entire piece of marketing execution on the platform. Share ROs with customers after getting it from commercial. - Get the banners created from respective brands and share it with retailers. Track if the visibility is live and share analytics on the brand Account Management: - Building a relationship with the category associates/ manager and supply chain associates/ managers to influence orders/ appointments/ listing and daily operations - Manage and grow smaller accounts of Ecommerce. Close and negotiate the promotions and quarterly business. Share the forecast of the accounts. - Listing products/ Master Management: - List he new products and launch it in the relevant portals. - Track the entire execution till the product is live and ready for customer to buy - Manage the Emami assortment with the retailer- activate high traction and new launches and deactivate tail end products - Price/ In-stock Management: - From daily trackers, send notices to relevant customers to share orders for out-of-stock products or maintain the promotions offered Candidates with experience in leading Ecommerce organizations like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal and similar will be preferred.
